GEOMORPHOLOGY
Abstract
The course presents basic information about the relief, relief factors, physical and geological processes on The Earth's surface. Much attention is paid to the dynamic and structural geomorphology, as well as comparative analysis of structural and orographic forms on the continent. A special place set aside in the course of geomorphological mapping and deciphering of aerial and space images including topographic maps as the main method used in geomorphology to solve practical problems: the search for mineral deposits, of the engineering-geological surveys, ecology, etc.
